At 33rd & RiSING we teach the beautiful art of slowing down. Classes incorporate meditation and slow mindful movement with the use of cannabis as a tool for healing and deepening your Yoga practice. Classes offered include Myofascial release, Restorative Asanas,Yin, and Slow Flows. This is an inclusive environment seeking to create space for POC, Vulnerable Communities and our Allies to use plant medicine in a safe space without fear of stigma. We will discuss some of the health benefits of both cannabis and yoga, and aim to normalize their use for healing within our communities.

Feel free to bring your own canna products. Be sure to also bring water, yoga mat and an open mind.
