At 33rd & RiSING we teach the beautiful art of slowing down. Classes include meditation and slow mindful movement and sometimes incorporate cannabis as a tool for healing and deepening your Yoga practice. Classes offered include Myofascial release, Restorative Asanas,Yin, and Slow Flows. This is an inclusive environment seeking to create space for POC, Vulnerable Communities and our Allies to practice in a safe space without fear or stigma.
For Canna Yoga Classes: Feel free to bring your own canna products.
For all Yoga Classes: Be sure to bring water, yoga mat and an open mind.
