YOGA

At 33rd & RiSING we teach the beautiful art of slowing down. Classes include meditation and slow mindful movement and sometimes incorporate cannabis as a tool for healing and deepening your Yoga practice. Classes offered include Myofascial release, Restorative Asanas,Yin, and Slow Flows. This is an inclusive environment seeking to create space for POC, Vulnerable Communities and our Allies to practice in a safe space without fear or stigma.

Our weekly Yoga classes are Donation based with a suggested donation scale ranging from $10 -$20. It is our mission to keep Yoga accessible to EVERYONE and to do this, in addition to compensating our teachers for their time and energy, we appreciate if you pay what you can. We are a small locally owned business and it is important for us to stay true to our Healing work and Mission all while being nourished as we give to our community. The donation based system will only work if we are honest and fair in what we can offer.

Upon booking, you will be charged a non-refundable deposit of $10 to secure your spot in class. There will be 2 baskets on the studio desk where you can give your love offering (tip) to the teacher, as well as to the studio. We appreciate any offering you share with us!

If you are in need of financial assistance to attend our classes, please send an email to chanel@33rising.com. NOBODY WILL BE TURNED AWAY FOR LACK OF FUNDS.
